This is a great Indian ethnic take to a simple Italian pasta dish.

Perfect blend of spices to satisfy any picky-eater!

Serves a family of 3-4 people

Ingredients:

1lb- Rigatoni Pasta

3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

1 can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp minced garlic

1/4 tsp black pepper

3/4 tsp curry powder

salt to taste

Directions

  1. Make sure chick peas are pealed from out skin
  2. Boil rigatoni pasta as directed in the instructions. Then drain & return to pot on very low heat.
  3. Add chickpeas, onion powder, minced garlic, black pepper, and curry powder to pasta. Stir well for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat. Add Parmesan cheese to pasta. Quickly mic the cheese in well.
  5. Add salt to taste & serve immediately. Enjoy!
