Who doesn’t love banana bread. It’s an easy way to turn overly ripe bananas into a classic breakfast/brunch dish or an afternoon tea snack. This recipe is super simple, and easy to make. Many picky-eaters have come back for seconds!
You’ll need:
Loaf pan lightly coated with cooking spray
Ingredients:
- 3 really ripe bananas
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas
- Add the egg, butter, and sugar. Mix together
- Add the cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and flour. Mix well
- Pour the mixture into the loaf pan that has already been lightly coated w/ cooking spray
- Bake the banana bread for approx. 50-60mins
- Let banana bread cool before serving. ENJOY!
