The 4 Quls are referred to 4 specific Surahs from the Quran: Surah Al-Kafiroon, Surah Al-Ikhlas, Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas. Each Surah individually have their own amazing benefits.

Surah Al-Kafiroon: if recited is the equivalent to reciting a quarter of the Quran. And it provides Protection from shirk.

Surah Al-Ikhlas: if recited is equivalent to reciting 1/3rd of the Quran. And if recited 200 times a day, it will wipe away 50 years of sins, unless one is in debt.

Surah Al-Falaq & Surah An-Nas: If recited provides protection from all kinds of worldly evil (i.e. jelousy/evil eye, black magic & jinns).

But when recited together, its known to provide powerful protection.

Surah Al-Kafiroon: The Disbelievers

قُلْ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلْكَـٰفِرُونَ

لَآ أَعْبُدُ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ

وَلَآ أَنتُمْ عَـٰبِدُونَ مَآ أَعْبُدُ

وَلَآ أَنَا۠ عَابِدٌۭ مَّا عَبَدتُّمْمْ

وَلَآ أَنتُمْ عَـٰبِدُونَ مَآ أَعْبُدُ

لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ وَلِىَ دِينِ

Transliteration:

Qul yaaa-ayyuhal kaafiroon. La a’budu maa t’abudoon. Wa la antum ‘aabidoona maaa a’bud. Wa la ana ‘abidum maa ‘abattum. Wa la antum ‘aabidoona maaa a’bud. Lakum deenukum wa liya deen.

Translation:

Say, “O disbelievers, I do not worship what you worship. Nor are you worshippers of what I worship. Nor will you be worshippers of what I worship. For you is your religion, and for me is my religion.”

Surah Al-Ikhlas: Sincerity

قُلْ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ

ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ

لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ

وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌۢ

Transliteration:

Qul huwal laahu ahad. Allah hus-samad. Lam yalid wa lam yoolad. Wa lam yakul-lahoo kufuwan ahad.

Translation:

Say, “He is Allah, [who is] One, Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, Nor is there to Him any equivalent.”

Surah Al-Falaq: Dawn or day-break

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ

مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ

وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ

وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّـٰثَـٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ

وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ

Transliteration:

Qul a’oozu bi rabbil-falaq. Min sharri maa khalaq. Wa min sharri ghaasiqin izaa waqabWa min sharrin-naffaa-saati fil ‘uqad. Wa min sharri haasidin izaa hasad

Translation:

Say, “I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak. From the evil of that which He created. And from the evil of darkness when it settles. And from the evil of the blowers in knots. And from the evil of an envier when he envies.”

Surah An-Nas: Mankind

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ

مَلِكِ ٱلنَّاسِ

إِلَـٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ

مِن شَرِّ ٱلْوَسْوَاسِ ٱلْخَنَّاسِ

ٱلَّذِى يُوَسْوِسُ فِى صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ

مِنَ ٱلْجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ

Transliteration:

Qul a’oozu birabbin naas. Malikin naas, ilaahin naas. Min sharril waswaasil khannaas. Allazee yuwaswisu fee sudoorin naas. Minal jinnati wannaas ‘

Translation:

Say, “I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, The Sovereign of mankind. The God of mankind, From the evil of the retreating whisperer. Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind. From among the jinn and mankind.”
